Refund Policy
You should receive exactly what you ordered, in the condition you expected. If that didn't happen, let us know.
When you can return
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused, unpackaged items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
How to return
Email hello@melssahometex.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days and walk you through the next steps. Once we receive the item back, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
What can't be returned
Used, washed, or opened personal textile products — bath towels, bath mats, and similar items — cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Items purchased during sale or discount events are final sale, though exchange requests may be considered.
Damaged items
If your order was damaged in transit, please document it with photos on the day of delivery and contact us right away. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
For size, color, or product exchanges, reach out to hello@melssahometex.com. We'll check stock and let you know what's available. If the item you want isn't in stock, we'll offer a refund instead.
