Shipping Policy

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods — new collection launches, promotions — it may take up to 4–5 business days. We'll let you know in advance if that's the case.

Domestic shipping (Turkey)

Free shipping on orders over 750 TL. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below that. Delivery time is 1–4 business days depending on your location. You'll receive your carrier name and tracking number in your order confirmation email.

International shipping

We ship to select countries internationally. Delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties and local fees are the buyer's responsibility. If you'd like an estimate before ordering, feel free to reach out.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment in real time through the carrier's website.

Delivery issues

If your order is later than expected or something went wrong with delivery, email hello@melssahometex.com. We'll contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated.
